At Wren, we believe everyone should have access to our tests, regardless of their background or financial situation. That’s why we created WrenCare, our patient assistance program designed to reduce or eliminate testing costs for those in need.
We are committed to making our novel, clinically validated tests accessible to all patients through comprehensive support services and financial assistance for those who qualify.
Cost Management
Our billing team collaborates with patients to ensure that cost doesn’t become a barrier to testing. Depending on the patient’s insurance plan, there may be an out-of-pocket expense, such as a deductible or coinsurance.
Insurance Support
We handle insurance claims, provide explanations of benefits (EOBs), assist with appeals, and determine eligibility for financial assistance.
Financial Assistance
If your patient is facing financial hardship, they may qualify for support through WrenCare.
